Unchecked Aggression

USPA NEWS - Amid growing international silence, Israel continues its brutal assault on the Gaza Strip, where civilians—especially women and children—are being killed daily in indiscriminate bombings targeting homes, hospitals, and schools.
These attacks, clearly constituting war crimes, occur openly and without consequence, in blatant violation of international humanitarian law.

More alarmingly, Israel has launched a direct military strike on the sovereign territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran, at a time when diplomatic negotiations are ongoing to resolve the nuclear issue peacefully. Even more egregious is that this assault was carried out through Iraqi airspace without the consent or knowledge of the Iraqi government, a grave breach of Iraq’s sovereignty and international law.
This reckless escalation threatens to ignite a regional war. It reveals a pattern of extraterritorial aggression by Israel, carried out with impunity and disregard for international norms.

The failure of the international community—particularly the UN Security Council—to respond only emboldens these violations and erodes global legal frameworks.

We call upon the United Nations and the Security Council to immediately:
1.Publicly condemn Israel’s breach of Iraqi airspace and its aggression against Iran.
2.Condemn the ongoing war crimes in Gaza, including mass civilian killings and the inhumane siege.
3.Impose immediate sanctions such as:

•A military and arms export ban to Israel.
•Freezing of assets belonging to Israeli officials implicated in war crimes.
•Referring the situation to the International Criminal Court.

4.Launch an international investigation into the airspace violations and acts of aggression against sovereign states.
If the international community fails to act now, the Middle East will face unprecedented instability, and the credibility of international law will suffer irreparable damage. Justice, sovereignty, and peace demand bold and immediate action.
